 Sara Sofia is a Registered Nurse with over ten years of experience providing high- quality, safe, and compassionate care to adult and pediatric patients. She is distinguished in her profession by her patient-centered approach and her ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams, thereby optimizing clinical outcomes and the patient experience. 

 She possesses expertise in medical device technologies and extensive knowledge of neurovascular and peripheral treatments within angiography units. Her professional background also includes clinical care in oncology and hemodialysis services, enabling her to offer a comprehensive and specialized approach across diverse healthcare settings. 

 Currently, she serves as a Registered Nurse at Children and Family First, where she provides personalized care to pregnant women and pediatric populations, promoting healthy lifestyles through education. Her work has contributed to a significant reduction in prenatal morbidity, as well as a decrease in premature births; furthermore, she has facilitated an increase in the initiation of breastfeeding—and its continuation through the first six months of life—all achieved through the implementation of the Nurse-Family Partnership model and the strengthening of public health policies.
