Who is the Delaware Hispanic Commission (DHC)?

The DHC advises the Governor, the General Assembly, and state agencies on matters impacting the Hispanic and Latino community; works to improve access to education, economic opportunity, health, and civic participation; and promotes policies and initiatives that enhance the quality of life and full inclusion of Latinos across the State of Delaware.
