Program Director
Network Delaware

María T. Beauchamp Pagán is a Puerto Rican political leader, organizer, and human rights advocate whose work is rooted in the belief that communities are most powerful when they are organized, informed, and centered in their own dignity.

As Program Director at Network Delaware, María leads civic engagement programs that bridge grassroots communities with systems of power. Her approach to leadership is grounded in human rights principles, collective accountability, and a deep commitment to making civic participation accessible — especially for immigrant, Latino, and historically marginalized communities.

María brings together people across generations and backgrounds to confront challenges with truth and build solutions rooted in collective power. Whether developing leadership fellowships, organizing rapid response networks, or building coalitions across sectors, she leads with clarity, care, and purpose.

Her work advances a vision of democracy where everyone has a voice, every community has power, and justice is not an aspiration — it is the standard.
