Joshua Berkow is the CEO of the Tech Council of Delaware, the state’s tech industry association and a statewide nonprofit connecting Delawareans to tech skills, careers, and employer-aligned training pathways. Josh brings 20 years of experience in operations, project management, and people leadership, with prior roles at Morgan Stanley, Capital One, OneMain Financial, and the Delaware Office of the State Treasurer. In his current role, he focuses on strengthening Delaware’s tech talent pipeline by bridging the gap between employers, training providers, and government — ensuring the state’s workforce systems are aligned with the demands of a rapidly evolving, AI-driven economy. Josh currently serves on the FinTech Innovation Hub Advisory Committee and the Delaware Small Business Development Center Advisory Board.
