Founder
Linda Vista Real Estate

José Quiñones is a real estate broker, investor, and founder of Linda Vista Real Estate, serving the Eastern Shore of Maryland and the state of Delaware. He is widely recognized for his work helping Latino families transition from renting to homeownership and long-term wealth building.

With a focus on first and second generation immigrant communities, José has built his business around education, trust, and access. His approach simplifies the real estate process, making it clear and actionable for families who are often navigating the system for the first time.

Through his work and community outreach, José has guided hundreds of families directly and reached many more through education on credit, financing, and property ownership. His on the ground experience in both residential and investment real estate allows him to provide practical strategies that go beyond theory.

José is committed to strengthening communities by creating pathways to ownership and financial independence. His mission is simple: give people the knowledge and guidance they need to take the first step and keep moving forward.
