Emily Houde is the Supervising Attorney in the Immigration Program at Community Legal Aid Society, Inc. She is a member of the Delaware and Massachusetts state bars. Emily is a graduate of Boston University School of Law and has a Bachelor’s Degree in Anthropology from the University of Pennsylvania. She has been a member of the American Immigration Lawyers’ Association since 2021, and she was named a Top Lawyer in Immigration + International Law by Delaware Today for 2024 and 2025.
