Dinette Rivera is a business consultant, financial coach, and founder of Rivera Business Development, established in 2008. With over three decades of field experience, she specializes in evidence-based approaches to entrepreneurship, financial capability, and workforce development.

She is the creator of The Successful Living Action Plan: Your Path to Prosperity™, a research-based framework designed to help individuals and entrepreneurs build sustainable income, strengthen financial confidence, and achieve long-term success.

Dinette has worked with nonprofit organizations, government agencies, and underserved communities across the United States, developing programs that support economic self-sufficiency and real-world implementation of business and financial skills.

She served as an Adjunct Professor for Universidad Politécnica Cuautitlán Izcalli in Mexico City, facilitating virtual business programs for students and faculty over a three-year period. She currently serves on the Delaware Hispanic Commission’s Economic Development Subcommittee.

Dinette is the Lead Financial Coach Trainer for United Way of Delaware and a certified financial coach and trainer. She remains committed to helping more people become successful through practical, behavior-based strategies.
