Dr. Dan Young is an entrepreneur, educator, and nationally recognized organizer of TEDx events focused on amplifying diverse voices. He is the longtime organizer of TEDxWilmington, one of the largest independent TEDx platforms in the United States, and the creator of TEDxWilmingtonSalon: Voces, the only ongoing TEDx Salon conducted entirely in Spanish in the continental United States. Through this initiative, Dr. Young works to elevate Latino thought leaders and bring powerful Spanish-language ideas to the global TEDx stage. In addition to his work with TEDx, Dr. Young is the founder of Ready Speaker One, a program that has trained more than 200 speakers to develop and deliver high-impact talks. His work focuses on storytelling, entrepreneurship, and empowering communities to share ideas that shape the future.
