About
Bardo Galindo Ulloa
Legal Clerk
Sweet and Paciorek, LLC
Born in Mexico and an attorney graduate of the University of Guadalajara, and currently enrolled in a Master’s in Law at Dayton University. My career is rooted in a deep commitment to rural communities and land rights. In Jalisco, I served as Technical Secretary for the Metropolitan Affairs Commission in the State Congress and later as an advisor to the Zapopan Mayor’s office, collaborating closely with key leaders like Salvador Zamora and Governor Pablo Lemus.
Upon moving to the United States, I worked in retail at REI and landscaping while mastering English. Since 2019, I have been working at Sweet and Paciorek, LLC. I started as a legal assistant, and I’m currently a legal clerk. I specialize in the Department of State process. Beyond the office, I am a dedicated community advocate, serving as Chair of the 21st Democratic District in New Castle County. I’m also awarded the Rockwood Black-Latino Fellowship 2025. My collaboration with Network Delaware has been the spark that started my development in the states, allowing me to build the grassroots relationships necessary to drive meaningful change.
